Officers and Presidents

The club elects seven officers: President, VP Education, VP Membership, VP Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms.

It has not always elected them at the same interval. In the founding decade the club ran the standard Toastmasters year, July to June, and elected once: Jane Lee handed over to Emily Yang on 20 May 2008 for a full twelve months, and Emily Yang handed over to James Li on 2 June 2009 for another twelve. By 2014 the cadence had halved, and a handover letter of 29 December that year states it as though it had always been so:

Counting a year for the early terms and half a year for the later ones, that is roughly thirty-eight terms since 2003, and all thirty-eight are below.
